Hello! Seems like there's no end to computer-related problems :/

My computer started doing a very weird thing yesterday, something I have never seen before. As the title says, the taskbar constantly freezes, I can't click

on it or anything. Restart doesn't help. The only VERY temporary solution I discovered was to restart the Explorer from Task Manager. The thing is, the solution works only for about 5 seconds, then it freezes AGAIN. Everything else runs perfectly well, including the browser, games, rest of the Windows Explorer, simply everything. Apart from that darn taskbar...

Anyway, I'm running Windows 8.1 x64, about a month old.

The rest of the specs:
Core i5 4460

8 GB RAM (Kingston HyperX Fury)

EVGA GTX 750 Ti

... oh, and as I'm writing this, Windows Update seems to be stuck as well. :/

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
