Unless you have Gigabit internet, you probably won't notice a difference AFAIK.

It's not quite simple. It isn't recognized by the TIA/EIA.

Overkill, unless used in a a highly radio intensive industrial zone, which requires top link speed via metal carriers. Also needs to be terminated in special shielded outlets or directly connected to network equipment. If these rules are not followed, all the advantages of the cable are lost.
