Online Jobs.

Hey everyone,

 

So I'm in a Lebanese University, it's the toughest colleges in the middle east and they are so tiring. Mainly I'm in one because I'm too poor for any private college (which start from 6000$ a year.....) where LU only costs 300$/ year .

 

 

I major in Computer Science and they litterally teach us everything from the beginning of CS to date, which means lots of obligatory courses ( I don't get to choose which ones I take, I am obliged to take them all ). TOUGH doctors who would fail you on 2-3 points below avg and not round it up just because they are jerks and 8-4 (sometimes 6) daily. 

 

Lots of part time jobs won't accept because I have to be there everyday which leaves no time for breaks or studying or even relaxing playing or anything and they barely pay. (The minimum wage is 400$ in Lebanon).

 

 

I'm wondering if there's legit online jobs one can search for? Not necessarily in Computer Science but anything.. Like blog writers and stuff but I'm not really good at writing blogs and articles.

 

Has anyone tried working online before? Does it pay off?

The only real online jobs I've seen is where you get sent scanned pdf's to which you then have to type up. Usually they pay $10 for 1000 words. You'd have to look around though.

i mean, your english seems good. maybe translate arabic to english for some company? just search around

How do you mean ? IF you mean build custom PC's for others, I'd do it but thing is there's not many people that do these stuff here, most just buy pre-built pcs and that's it.

I think such companies would require people with at least some knowledge in translating and won't take people just based on this.

of course you would need to get qualified.
