Get an XFX or Seasonic PSU and a higher capacity SSD.

i don't know much about the sapphire r9 390, but i've heard some good things. i would check out a review for sure. just google it. the msi card is a good one, or so i've heard. it's not voltage locked, which is great. i would check for reviews that mention that choil whine isn't an issue as that can get annoying.

actually, i think the msi r9 390 is better. the core was able to be overclocked better than the sapphire card
