Will be overclocked. Liquid cooling system is for pure aesthetic purposes only.

Will be used for game such as: Witcher 3, Skyrim with graphic overhauls, Battlefield/Battlefront etc.

I won't be buying any of the components online. That being said, EVGA products are IMPOSSIBLE to find where I'm from, so do not recommend any EVGA products.

I could also use some advice for any gaming peripherals. (keyboard and mouse) I will only be willing to set aside another 200 USD.

get msi asus or asrock board. gigabyte bios sucks

Dont get the black drive from WD. Several tests show the blue is just as fast and many times faster, quick and wasy $20 saved. I would go with a 110 from corsair just bc its quieter and gives better performance.

i don't know much about the sapphire r9 390, but i've heard some good things. i would check out a review for sure. just google it. the msi card is a good one, or so i've heard. it's not voltage locked, which is great. i would check for reviews that mention that choil whine isn't an issue as that can get annoying.

actually, i think the msi r9 390 is better. the core was able to be overclocked better than the sapphire card
