no, but if it was possible, the most youd get out of it is the same functionality of the micro b board because the phone only supports those features, not lightning

Theoretically yes but practically no because from what I've seen the pinouts and landing positions tend to be different (haven't had much experience with them though so IDK for sure). Personally I've never had a problem with micro B so especially if it isn't already broken there's no way I'd recommend changing it even if you could and TBH if you have to ask if you can your soldering skills probably wont be up to snuff to work on something so fine.
