Are these monitors the same?

Hey guys I'm looking at getting a Qnix monitor because they are cheap and supposedly amazing... But while searching for a good place to get it(I wanted to use amazon...) I found two Identical (as far as I can tell) pages on newegg one has alot of review the other doesn't... Lots of reviews and Not lots of reviews.

The second one is like $20 cheaper at the moment... but it doesn't have many reviews... PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE!

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be the same.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

Why you shouldn't trust Gpu or Cpu boss Click on this I dare you!

That's what I'm thinking. I mean the same seller sells both.
