Dual Booting

I am a noob to dual booting, I am having problems with it. I want the os selection screen to work I don't want to have to go into the BIOS to select boot drive. I will go step by step with my installation process and hopefully I am missing a simple step that can resolve this issue.

1. I am disconnecting all my hard drives except my 3 TB hard drive which I want to have my Windows 7 install on.

2. Install windows 7 from cd

3. Connect 1 TB SSD and install windows 10 from usb drive.

Now when I try to load Windows 7 I get this error screen Windows 10 works fine 

file: \windows\system32\winload.efi

status: 0xc0000428

Info: digital signature for this file not verified

You might want to try Reinstalling windows 7, But I have had issues with dual booting with window 7/10. The windows 10 hard drive would always boot first for me, no matter what the bios boot config was. The work around i ended up with fixing the issue was disabling the window 10 hard drive then booting up, then connecting the hard drive while the system was on.

I really don't want to deal with that. I have had no problem with installing both Windows installs on different Hard Drives but I have to switch the boot drive in the Bios to load one or the other. I want to use the more elegant solution where windows 10 loads buy default or I can load windows 7 on the boot select screen.
