DSNAPI.dll is missing

This is on a friends computer and its preventing him from doing a lot of stuff. How do we fix this?

First thing to do would be to run System File Checker and see if it fixes it. 

 

A lot of DLLs used by Windows are part of the Microsoft C++ redist packs, so you can try downloading the updates for those. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Still giving him the same error, If i give him a copy of my file will that work?

You can try it, I'm not sure if the file changes from PC to PC. I wouldn't expect a DLL to be tied to individual PCs though.
