Random Shutoff, Potential PSU problem?

So my PC keeps randomly shuts off without any warning, no BSOD, no error code, no nothing, it's like someone suddenly unplugged my PC

after it shuts down i can immediately boot it up again, and would be greeted by the Windows Error Recovery, but looking at system logs, nothing is logged when it suddenly shuts off
shouldn't be an overheating problem, as my CPU is only running at 40C and GPU at 34C  
at first i thought it was an overclock problem, so i restored everything to default settings, but it stills shuts off suddenly
sometimes it shuts off shortly after boot, sometimes i can use it for hours and there'd be no problems
is this a PSU problem?

PS: i've updated my bios and all my drivers and still no luck

MB: Gigabyte GA-M55S-S3 rev.2 (BIOS ver. FJI)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 3600+ 1.9Ghz (Brisbane)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 550 Ti GDDR5 1G
RAM: Nanya Tech DDR2 400 2G
PSU: Cooler Master 450W Bronze
HDD: 500G RAID 0 (250+250)

Have you tried safe mode yet??

Don't see how safe mode would fix that problem

as I don't know the cause so I can't reproduce the problem, I'll have to I 'll run it in safe mode for a few days and see what happens

Does it power itself back on after it has shutdown??

Also try to reseat your ram and update your BIOS
