7850 display extreme flicker

Hey guys,

 

I am using a 7850 with a display using the HDMI port and one using a DVI-VGA adapter which is causing problems for me.

Whenever I go to play a video or mostly anything that used flash player on either monitor (no matter which one it is on or whichever is primary) my main display (with HDMI) just basically dies and as far as I can tell the back light just goes spaz and flickers really fast, its hard to explain so here is a picture.

 

I have tried newer and older versions of my drivers, flash player etc..

Also I have tried with a monitor that had a DVI port as my secondary and it worked fine so I'm guessing its an issue with compatibility over the DVI-VGA adapter.

This used to only happen when i played a played a video on YouTube, Facebook... after playing a game in full screen but now it will happen whether or not I have played a game and when I restart the monitor will stay the same unless I shut down completely first.

Unfortunately my monitor only has VGA
