Generally, a computer with only 1 GPU, will always consume less than 500W. (most likely between 300W to 400W at FULL load)
But it's always good to go with a higher wattage PSU.

I suggest at the very least getting a 650W PSU, just so it last longer with PSU degradation and for better efficiency at around the 50% power draw. (and for the extra headroom to "upgrade" to a better CPU/GPU later on)

Get an i5/h81 mobo and get an 850 evo instead of that SSD.  550-650 watts should be fine.
