i bought a samsung monitor S24C450 24inch, and i dun really know if it's LED or LCD but the guy who sold it to me said its LED, but i think it's LCD.. idk really but anyway it's fine
ye i bought it "used" for a good deal, it supports 1080p HD.
so i just wanna be sure, can you rate this monitor on scale good,perfect,great ?
also is it good for gaming? thanks.

The one's I'm seeing on Google Images say they are actually LED. If your's has the adjustable high monitor stand I'd say it's a good monitor. It lacks in the input department only having a VGA and DVI, but you can get pretty good quality of you go to new-egg or NCiX or Amazon and but a full DVI-D cable, you just have to have a DVI-D compatible graphics card output. Otherwise you will run the equivalent of VGA.

Edit: If your monitor doesn't have the height adjustable stand, I'd say its a basic monitor. But hey nothing wrong with a basic monitor. I'm currently using two Acer 1600x900 Basic monitors...it's what I can currently afford u know?

well, it has that adjustable stand, also i have that DVI cable, and a r9 285 oc version card.

i think it's awesome, but i lost around 10~15fps in gaming, but i think it worth.

According to the Samsung website it a LCD with LED back-light.

It is LED.

All LED means is exactly that, lcd screen with the backlight being LEDs instead of the old cathode ray tubes
