Thermaltake Meka G-Unit headphone and microphone jacks

Hello,

 

I just bought an Thermaltake Meka G-Unit keyboard, it comes with horrible quality headphone and microphone jacks in the keyboard. But I can't use my headphone and microphone jacks on my motherboard because the keyboard overrides those jacks. Is there anyway to get the jacks on my motherboard to work while my keyboard is plugged in??
