League problems

Hey, so a friend's league of legends will not load. He will launch the programme then press "launch" but nothing will load up the services will stil be running and he will have to shut them down from task manager to try again with no luck.

Tried different things such as re-installing/running as admin/repairing/deleting certain files which ive read on forums but nothing worked. Has anyone had this problem before or knows any fixes?

FYI the files i had to delete were in riotgames/RADS/projects/(then different files)

If he has tried all of those things and none of those works then he could delete every LoL file and then reinstall it.

Or all of those again for 1-2 days to see if it fixes the problems, which it should.

 

I remember having the same problem once upon a time..

I am fairly sure I managed to fix the problem by doing the things that you mentioned.

 

It might've taken a while though.

Like troubleshooting usually does...

ERM i can get his specs for you, and he has played for years before with no problems =p

 

specs:

OS - Windows 10

CPU - i5 M450

Ram - 4GB 

Intel HD Graphics

those specs aren't exactly great, but if it worked before that shouldn't be the problem. windows 10 is the prime suspect. a clean reinstall couldn't hurt.
