GTA Mod not working

Hello, I want to run a gta mod but it says i need two .dll files that i cannot find. I have uninstalled and reinstalled visual c++ redistribute twice and it says its still missing?? Anywhere where i could find them?

DLL File Fixer. Just use that program, it's free (for one use). Just for each DLL file you install uninstall the program and then repeat

I just did that and it still didnt work
