Severe youtube buffering...

Hi, since i came home from school today, i have had constant severe buffering on youtube. It even changes the quality to 144p automatically.... I have restarted my router and everything, Ran malware scans and everything i can think to do.. Anybody got any ideas?

 Also, i have attached my speed test that i took a few mins ago. (ignore my pp lol, that was on ethernet... on wireless now)

Welp, it seems to be chrome, now everything is slow, Microsoft Edge works Perfect, but i cant stand it. Cleared my cache on chrome and its no different...
