I might have had some older threads on this, but I never got a decent answer.

 

How good is the audio solution in the Maximus VII Formula??

 

Are the specs listed for the on-board audio of any decency? https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_FORMULA/

Probably just about the same as any other motherboard.

"SupremeFX" just sounds like a marketing gimmick to me

 Its based on Realtek ALC1150 so its gonna be good as about almost any other Z87/Z97 mobo, they changed a few things to their liking but its good.
