mATX Case

Hey guys, I need an mATX case for no more than $40 total (including shipping). Thoughts?

 

The hardware has been bought and I will be using a Radeon 5450 for a basic display out to my 39" Magnavox TV (720p). Currently I am considering a ROSEWILL case, but I would like something that looks a bit better and something cube-like would be nice!

 

Also, I have a 4" clearance between the table and tv. If there is a case that can accommodate this, I don't mind sacrificing the aforementioned ideas (although a window on the top would be nice on this xD )
