B85 has a few more bells and whistles but is slightly more expensive.  For example, more USB3 and B85 motherboards are OFTEN (not always) a higher build quality.  I would personally get a B85 motherboard if I was buying a chip that I couldn't overclock and was on a tight budget.

If you search each on the ASUS site there is a "compare" button, then you click the little squares icon over in the upper right, scroll down to the bottom of the list page, and click 'compare.'

Those are the differences.  If those differences do not mean anything to you then go with whichever is less expensive.
