but if i put a splitter is unless buy a 3.0 frontal panel because read 2.0

Is it really worth it to swap out your mobo just so that your frontpanel runs 3.0? i wouldn't bother imo. Especially if there is 3.0 on the rear i/o

so i can't istall usb 3.0

Before I spent any money I would make sure that your CPU supports USB 3.0 and if it does then I would get one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UB39Y0333&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Controllers+%2f+RAID+Cards-_-9SIA4UB39Y0333&gclid=Cj0KEQjw98mvBRD-_ciSovKhq7gBEiQAEvsBZ0eNWyNV4Fg_Tt-mvGXbMmhXWMv55AxgaEIswxbBGrEaAo1p8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds if your motherboard does not have the usb 3.0 header on the motherboard
