low Read speeds

Hey guys, I installed Windows Server Tech Preview 2 on my server (to host stuff and for storage) and I have setup Storage Spaces for the 2 2TB hdds and the 3TB hdd is in there and I have individually tested each one and get 400 - 500 MBps speed read and write to them and when I share the volume through windows so my other PC can connect to it I am only getting 83 MBps read and 111.3 MBps write the write speeds are fine for a 1Gig connection bit the read speeds should be the same or more.. Can anybody help me with that?
