Random Occurring Error With Windows 8

After I activate my computer from sleepmode it randomly freezes all the open windows and if I ever try to click on something it opens and closes really fast. Anything I click on opens and closes very fast and the computer isn't functional at all. After this happens I have to reboot the computer than it works normally. 

 

Any suggestions on what this might be?
