r9 270x missing pixels

anyone have any idea why i would lose pixels on a window? when i say window i mean a file/web browser/program. i will get blocks in one spot and will follow as you scroll but you change windows or tabs within the program they don't follow. the dead spots are also completely random also. this is not a problem its just is a WTH is that and why is that happening kinda of thing lol. ill try to get a screen shot of it happening when and if it happens again.
