Steam is cleverer than it used to be, using a VPN will show you a foreign storefront however you can't actually buy anything, if you try it says your using VPN and refuses the transaction. If your wanting to play a game you shouldn't then it works but Valves SSA specifically says doing so could result in your account being deleted.

Well i would be buying the Code for the game and trying to redeem it as if i am in a foreign country.

Buying the code off of G2a i should say.

that may actually not work. it would be a still foreign code, that wouldnt activate if hes in the wrong country

 

id recommend for games that are region locked like that, use GoG(if its available) or some other DRM free service

Nope, you'll need to VPN every time you play if you do that.

I use CyberGhost, and have managed to buy games on Steam using it before. However, that was by mistake, so attempt at your own risk.
