The Hunter

A Free to Play game that ... well ... lets you hunt. Like deer. And stuff.

There is a paid version that lets you go into a bigger continent with more animals and such, but the F2P version is decent in and of itself. It is highly realistic in that if you do not act like a real hunter (sneak, be quiet, be smart, track, etc), you will never get to shoot anything.
