I have one of these http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/493975/WorkPro-PRO-767E-Commercial-Mesh-Back/ which you might recognize from TTLs videos. He has a head rest on his although I don't.

 

EDIT: As for quality of this chair, I've had it about six months and it's in as good of shape as the day I bought it. Also I guess I should also say when it comes to chairs you need to go sit in them. Not everyone has the same body type or sitting position so what is amazing for someone else might be unbearable for you. I've spent thousands of hours in some very high end chairs such as the Herman MIller Aeron (pretty much the gold standard of ergonomic chairs), the Steelcase Leap and Criterion as well as my OfficePro. (Herman Miller and the Office Pro are my current seating arrangements). For me the Office Pro is actually more comfortable, probably because it can be adjusted more to my liking.

 

That said, there is no way the Office Pro is as durable. The HM is rock solid, it has no play, it's reliable as could be which is why my employer has 100,000 + of them. You can also very easily find lightly used Herman Miller's from office furniture suppliers (check craigslist) for a few hundred bucks or less.
