Upgrade to Windows 10 error

Ive been trying to upgrade to windows 10 for days now but in windows update im getting this

"Installation status: Failed" Error details: Code 80070050

 

 

anyone have an idea?

It's better off to do a clean install of Windows 10 to avoid errors

if i do a clean windows 10 install, i can just use my windows 8.1 license key?

Pretty sure you can clean install upgrade without a product key
