I have a laptop using intel i5 -2410m and AMD 6470m 8gb of ram

my GPU is broken , as long as i fire up and play some game every 3 second it drop fps (in window 7)

but with windows 10 it will crash if the auto update and install AMD driver! (the win 10 auto detect hardware said that my gpu are AMD 7400m series)

all i want is windows update the security system, build version etc..... Except the driver!

The thing's i tried: system>advance system setting>hardware>device installation setting>no lets me chose wtd> never install driver software from win update

= and still update the driver

- Now i have to use local group policy editor to disable all the update prevent the OS crashing and that not fun! (have to go to the safemode fire up DDU)

so if anyone know any tool or solution to block the driver update please help! Thanks very much!

Sorry, you can't. This is something I have been complaining about and pushing for votes, but people didn't care or said it would be no problem. Today we see it a big problem for many.

The only solution you have, is using this tool, which only give you teh ability to delay the update for 'several months'.
