You should look at ASUS then, they are terrible as well, so many QC problems with their monitors, their GPUs are terrible and their customer service is terrible, ASUS is turning into ACER now.

Is there any other 1440P // 144hz // Gsyng // IPS out or that will be realised soon ?

OR ACER IS THE ONLY ONE WITH ALL THIS FEATURES ?

I do agree, their Motherboards are decent, their Strix range at the moment has quite a few problems, it is a terrible cooler and is quite loud, the Strix range had quite a few problems and not only the GTX 980ti, also I think it was the R9 290x DirectCUII where they did not redesign the cooler to fit on it, they just reused the GTX 780ti version of it. That was another terrible cooler they made for it.

I do not see ASUS doing that well at the moment. Also they have terrible QC on their monitors and most of the new ones have problems, like the RoG Swift and RoG Dominator, also their GPU department is starting to become terrible as well, also their customer service is terrible
