Circuit Diagrams

Hi all

 

For the end of the year practical assessment task i received, it involves me drawing a Circuit Diagram for a moisture sensor:

 

 However - I've hit a snag. I have not the slightest clue what the symbol for a moisture sensor is on a circuit diagram, or how many cells, resistors or evens if it must have a switch or not. Hopefully someone with some electrical-knowledge could help me out here, I'd much appreciate that.
