Suggestions needed for builds

Hello

 

I have some questions about a computer and a new computer build.

 

The purposes my pc's will be used for are graphic design, 3D design and rendering, movie making and music production(multi track) and some gaming.

 

I have a pc now which has a i7 4790K, 16gb 2133 ram, GTX6660(replacing soon),250gb ssd, 1TB hdd.

 

I plan on building a 5820k system later.

 

Should I have one dedicated machine for Audio recording (will have outboard gear connected to it) and use the 2nd system  for the graphics, 3D and moving making?

 

Or should I use the 2nd system only for rendering and music?

 

What would be a good set up?
