I've recently upgraded my GPU from a GT530 to a GTX960. I have a 460 Watt PSU which I know is enough. After I installed it and turned on the computer, everything is spinning and warming up but the only thing that displays on the screen is a Blue-ish screen with a Windows logo on it. At the bottom it says F6 to open Startup Menu, but when I do nothing happens. Shortly after, I hear 3 beeps from my motherboard. I made sure it was properly seated and the two 6 pin connectors were in it correctly. What's happening and how do I fix this???

Look up what 3 bleeps means

In your motherboard manual then you should have your answer
