Noctua na-src7

So im going to buy some bequiet silent wings 2, and im gonna buy 2 sets of noctua na-src7 low noise adapters.

My Question is, what does those low noise adapters do? I have had contact with noctua, but I could not get down to what those low noise adapters does, is it 5V, 7V or 12V adapters or what do they do?

These are cables with a built in resistor, NA-RC7 are 51 Ohm. You can not directly translate this into 5/7V etc.
