Sony Vegas doesnt finish rendering

My sony vegas with get stuck at a percent between 82% and %87.  Then it just doenst go any were.  I have shortened amount of it rendering and it still does it,  anyone have any ideas on how to fix?

Figured it out..... I guess the file type I was rendering it in would take up all the space on my ssd.  LOL,  120 gb.  The video is 3 min.  I guess I better pick a different file type.

EDIT,  I am still having this problem...

When I am rendering,  my cpu will randomly drop to less than 5% utilization and only one active core count.
