I messed up Resolution help please

So I wanted to try out the stretched resoulution in cs go. This involved me downgrading drivers. Yadayadayada in the end I updated my drivers and everything but now I'm constantly in stretched 4:3 for cs go and can't turn it off. My control center (AMD) won't let me change it so that there isn't any gpu upscaling. Even when I select keep aspect ratio and apply it still keeps it stretched!. This all happened late at night so I'm pretty pissed off right now :(
