Always use pull, makes it easier to clean and doesn't effect cooling.

Push pull has no real effect. Maybe 1-2 cooler depending on the rad. If you have a thin rad then you may benefit from push pull but not by much.

The main reason for push pull is the have the fans spin slower for less noise.
