Amd 15.7 driver playback issues

I install 15.7 on my Toshiba c855d-s5104 and when load up youtube on ie11 no videos played, so I went to the anime hub app on my pc and no videos play as well. I then fiddled with the catalyst control center but that didn't help at all. so I uninstall the drivers, however when I upgraded to windows 10 the issues started again as 15.7 is the windows 10 display drivers. I then went back to windows 8.1 and upgraded about three times with each of those having the same problem. Amd is ruining my windows 10 experience I don't know if am the only one in the universe with this problem but no one complain as yet. I went for help from their website but there was no online support so I don't know what to do. I might just have to sell my pc and get an intel laptop and never use amd again because the ruin my windows 10 experience with there crap drivers...... please help if any one can see this post

What happens when using other browsers like edge or chrome?
