hello, i have had my amd 280 for less than a year and in that time it has performed brilliantly, it never got to hot (never went over 70 degrees) and has never caused any problems. the other day i was playing one of my many video games when the screen started to glitch, i turned off my computer and allowed it to cool as at the time i  thought that it might of overheated. after turning it on the screen started going haywire as soon as i got to the desktop, as this is pretty hard to describe i have uploaded a video.

thank you in advance for any help you could give me.

please note that in the video i tried to load up world of warships, the screen does this regardless of what i do.

What are your VRM temps? If core is 70*C then that's the next logical thing. What's the memory clock as well and the OEM of the card?
