Motherboard is a little overkill. Also, that PSU is a bit meh, i'd have gone for a quality Seasonic unit. And i'd recommend a Phanteks TC14PE or Noctua NH-D15 over an AIO any day of the week.

 

Also, that high profile ram is fugly.

what would you suggest as a replacement?

Something that doesn't cost that much basically, maybe the ASUS Z97-AR or a Gigabyte G1 Sniper series mobo.
