Just use the media creation tool:

-> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Select "upgrade this computer" and don't create the installation file / iso first.

Microsoft has stated that some users will not be getting the icon to reserve Windows 10 because of some issues they're working out yet - you can still force it by downloading their Media Creation Tool. It has the ability to upgrade you directly to W10.
