Would the thermaltake frio OCK work on this MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard

yep will prob fit.. Maybe check what memory (with heatspreader) you use for clearance with that...

Yes, but why? That board has a poor power delivery design, overclocking will be highly limited anyways.
