so  a friend  of mine wanna build a pc up to 1200 euros he mainly want it for gaming no monitor ,no hdd,no os, with keyboard(no need for mechanic) and mouse we live in cyprus but he is gonna buy from amazon uk,de or fr depends of availability  so tnx in advance people

the case has no price ( german pcparpicker sucks btw), id go with skylake since it costs barely any more for newer tec and some % more performance.

 

Cant really give you the specific parts because partpicker for anything outside the us kinda sucks.

 

cpu i5 6600k about 260 Euro

budged Z170 Mobo of your choice 100-150

8 or 16 gigs of ddr4           70-140 euro

256 gb ssd mx 100 or something like that 100 euro

some single tower cooler like a 212 evo 30 euro

A nice looking case of your choice with at least 2 120mm intakes and an 120mm outtake, Phanteks  has nice cases for budged-premium 80-120 euro

at least a 600w bronze psu, but you can get a gold modular if you want   60-100 euro

Some keyboard, if your friend doesnt know what he likes a cheap usb one for 5 bucks will still do the trick.

Aftermarked r9 290 around 290 euro - probably best price/performance

gtx 970                    around 350 euro - not much better but cooler and generally quieter

Aftermarked r9 290x around 350 euro - pretty much like a 970 but more heat, bigger and louder

r9 390/390x 290x 8gb           350-450 euro, not really worth it, the extra vram doesnt do much

 

so a r9 290 or a 970 should be your reasonable choices in this segment.
