Get an I5-4440/4460 and something like a r9 280.

^^ this...something along those lines...get yourself a lower end core i5 model since it's all you need for gaming, and then buy the best GPU that offer the most performance you can afford with the rest...most likely an AMD card.

Is a i5 and a gtx 970 or r9 280 the same price as a i7 no, so why would u think of that ?
