Is there a way to make the icons on the taskbar larger, they are smaller compared to windows 7/8.

probably under themes...and icon size?

you could change the scaling

right click on desktop > display settings > change the size of text apps and other items

you can also just click properties on the taskbar

and uncheck use small icons

if thats big enough for you

That changes program sizes etc to being too large making the image look grainy, just looking for taskbar icons.

Have that off already, the icon symbol is smaller since they added the bar underneath the icon.
