For the H440, you need pressure optimized fans.  This is because the front intakes are fighting against a dust filter as well as some pretty small ventilation openings.

I suggest replacing all 3 front fans with Noctua NF-F12, and then place the included 3 intake fans in the top as exhaust.

I just left my h440 like it came. I have an evo 212 though

My Build: i7-4790K, 212 Evo, Asus Maximus VI Extreme, Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB DDR3-1600, Intel 730 240GB SSD, WD Blue 1TB, EVGA GTX 980Ti ACX 2.0, NZXT H440 Blue/Black, EVGA 650W 80+Gold.

Most of the time, it's not the computer, it's the person using it.

Wouldnt I get a negative pressure then?

You might have to play around with fan speeds.  Get PWM fans for the front so you can do it easily in software (or in the BIOS).  If you speed up the front intakes and slow down the exhaust, you can still maintain positive pressure.

I have an H440 and left the three front fans stock. I mounted a Kraken x41 to the exhaust as a push/pull with a Aerocool dead silence 140mm as push. I added a 2nd 140mm Aerocool DS as an intake on the top with a dust filter. I keep constant low temps overclocked without issue.
