internetdriver stopped working please help

allright the internet computer of my grandma stopped working.....

well first i reseted the router etc. no result

so i checked the drivers of the ethernetswitches they seem to be the problem 

so i checked the wired connection again no connection.....

so i tried to download and install the driver for the wireless adapter manually but that doesnt really work  :wacko:  cause the computer has no internet (wired or wireless) and it seems i cant find the right driver

the two adapters are

for wireless: Atherso AR5B97 Wireless Netwerk Adapter

and for wired i suppose: Broadcom Netlink Gigabit Ethernet

i think it is the second one cause the computer is able to connect with a wifi netwerk but there is no dataflow.....

 

if i run a dianostic test it says it is the wireless adapter but when i turn that one off it says it is the wired one......

please help me out
