MSI H97 PC Mate

I'm looking at this motherboard to replace my Asrock H97m Anniversary motherboard so I can have crossfire support. Problem I'm seeing though is that several H97 motherboards with 2 PCIe x16 slots are one PCIe 3.0 at 16x and the other will run at 4x when the 3.0 is occupied. Should I be concerned about this performance-wise?
