New build problem... sort of?

So I helped my friend build a PC via Skype, it was painful but we got it done and the PC boots and he's installing Windows as I type this. 

However, the motherboard beeps 4 (maybe 5, he says it's 4 but still) times when he turns it on, ASUS M5A97. According to ASUS this means either CPU problems or GPU problems, but it boots fine, it detects the GPU and CPU in the BIOS and his display is fine. 

 

Any ideas on why it would be saying something is wrong?
