Keep getting Avast warning for same threat

I keep getting the same threat block pop-up for yahoo toolbar (thankfully Avast is blocking whatever this is) and when I search through my computer I can't find anything that says yahoo toolbar. I use yahoo as my email but I'm not signed in and haven't been in months. I just performed a full virus scan of my PC and nothing popped up so could it be a false positive? Avast is up to date. Anyone else having this problem? or can offer some insight?

no its because Yahoo's websites have been hacked.
