Does cable extension cables reduce the power delivery from the psu? :-)

If they're not overly long, then no. They can cause issues if they're bad quality, so don't go for really cheap ones. (Most sleeved kits are decent quality, cable wise) 

 

Im going to get some sleeved cables from www.icemodz.eu idk how their quality is?-
